Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders only within the United States (including eligible addresses served by our carriers). Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. If your address or region cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
